These terms govern your use of zytheris.ca and the Zytheris workspace (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Zytheris provides a catalog of sparse features with causal evidence produced offline. You may optionally apply a shipped feature to a prompt. The Service is not a bring-your-own-weights console, a hosted training lab, or a general-purpose chatbot.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for team workspaces you administer. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other teams’ data, disrupting the Service, probing infrastructure except as we expressly allow, or using outputs to violate law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
You retain rights to prompts and other content you submit. You grant Zytheris a license to host and process that content as needed to provide the Service (for example running a steer and storing the evidence report).
Preview is free. Paid plans (such as Team) are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices listed on the pricing page, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars. Custom packs (the same lab on a checkpoint you grant us, any size) are quoted separately, typically from $2,500 USD per month with a 3-month minimum. A custom pack is an engagement to run the causal protocol; we do not guarantee that any feature will meet the agreed thresholds. If none do, the deliverable is the evidence report in your workspace, and the quote includes one re-run on an agreed scope change. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan limits or prices with notice for the next billing period.
Zytheris, the site, and the feature packs we provide remain ours (and our licensors’). These terms do not transfer ownership of the subject model weights, which remain subject to their own licenses.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, rate limits, or the subject-model pack. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service is provided “as is.” Steering and reports are research and engineering tools; they do not guarantee model safety, legal compliance, or a particular behavior. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zytheris is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you are on a free plan).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
