You do not upload weights through the site. Request a custom pack with a public Hugging Face ID, a gated repo, or private access under an agreement. Model size is not capped; we provision GPUs. We run the lab offline, then import whatever ships — plus the evidence — into your team account. Quoted from $2,500 USD / month with a 3-month minimum.
A custom pack is paid work to run the causal protocol, not a promise that any feature will pass. Thresholds are agreed in the quote. Features that meet them ship. If none do, you still get a report in your workspace: what we tested, the thresholds, and that nothing met them. That true-negative report is the deliverable.
If the first run ships zero features, the quote includes one re-run on an agreed scope change (for example more layers or a different corpus). We do not lower thresholds after the fact to fill a catalog, and we do not refund the monthly fee for a true negative.
