A pack is a catalog of features for one subject checkpoint, plus the tests that support each shipped row. Trying a feature on a new prompt in the app is optional and is not the proof.
You do not email weight files, and there is no upload form. Request a custom pack with a public model ID, a gated repo, or private access. Model size is not capped; we provision GPUs. We pull the checkpoint in the lab, train and test, then import the export into your workspace.
Custom work is the protocol, not a guaranteed feature count. Thresholds are set in the quote. Whatever passes ships. If nothing does, you still get that evidence in your workspace. The quote includes one re-run on an agreed scope change if the first pass ships zero features. We do not invent rows to fill a catalog.
