Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Zytheris collects, uses, and shares information when you use zytheris.ca and the Zytheris workspace (the “Service”).

Who we are

Zytheris is operated from Canada. Privacy questions: hello@zytheris.ca.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, authentication details, and (if you use it) Google sign-in.
  • Team data: workspace membership, roles, and invitations.
  • Workspace data: steer prompts, selected features, strengths, run outputs, and evidence report snapshots.
  • Usage data: logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service (for example IP address, timestamps, and request metadata).
  • Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details. We do not store full card numbers.

We do not ask you to upload model checkpoint weights through the web UI. For a custom pack we pull a named Hugging Face checkpoint in the lab. Sparse feature packs are trained offline; activation dumps stay on the machine that trains them unless you import a feature export into the app.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, operate team workspaces, run steers, generate reports, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, and communicate about the Service (for example invitations, password reset, and support).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with processors that help us run the Service, including:

  • Hosting and application infrastructure
  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Email delivery for transactional messages
  • Google, if you choose Sign in with Google

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, and operate the site. These are needed for the Service to work; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account, team, and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated workspace data that we are not required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@zytheris.ca and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
